Macadamia honey - Unfortunately, we are unable to contine our macadamia variety honey due to the decrease/loss of macadamia plantations across the Tablelands over the last five years. Some farmers have removed their macadamia trees for business reasons while others have been forced out of the industry by the extreme weather events of Cyclone Larry (2006) and Cyclone Yasi (2011). These events severely impacted trees on some orchards forcing farmers to exit the industry. We apologise to those committed macadamia honey customers. But as we haven't got sufficient plantations available locally, we can no longer produce the honey.
